  9. What does it do --  VirtSpace is a virtual workspace manager that lets the user
  10.        use a virtual desktop many times larger than the physical screen.
  11.        The user can scroll around the virtual desktop by using arrow keys,
  12.        dragging the screen, or simply moving the mouse to the edge of the
  13.        screen in the direction that they wish to go.

  15. What is is used for --  We use it to give us more screen space.  It is nice for
  16.        development:  one screen for shells, one for IB, one for Librarian,
  17.        and one for Edit.
